Delivery and payment

The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by one of the following payment methods:

• card payment

• by bank payment

We accept the following cards:

The agreed purchase price includes VAT and is expressed in euros (€). Please note that the means of payment in the Republic of Croatia is EUR (€) and the customer pays the cost of currency conversion.

Product delivery method

The product is delivered via the DPD (DPD Croatia d.o.o.) delivery service.

The seller delivers within the European Union for the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

The seller hands over the package to the delivery service within 3 days of receiving the order. The seller tries to deliver all orders received by 12 o’clock to the delivery service on the same day.

The deadline for package delivery within the Republic of Croatia is 1-2 working days from the day the package is handed over to the delivery service. For the islands, the delivery times advertised on the official website of the DPD courier service are valid: https://www.dpd.com/hr/hr/slanje-paketa/slanje-unutar-hrvatske/

The deadline for delivery of packages outside the Republic of Croatia is 1-2 working days for Slovenia, and 2-5 working days for other EU countries where the seller delivers the goods, from the day the package is handed over to the delivery service.

The delivery time may be longer than previously stated during busy holiday periods and in emergency situations.

Informative data on the required time for package transportation and information on delivery to the islands are available on the DPD Croatia website or at the DPD Croatia customer service.

As part of the delivery services of GLS, the customer can choose the package delivery option to the selected PaketShop store and Paketomata for the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The customer must pick up the package within 5 working days at the selected PaketShop store / Paketomat.

Before each product delivery, the seller checks the correctness of the ordered product.

The products will be packed and protected so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The buyer is obliged to collect the shipment and inspect it in front of the delivery person, all in order to avoid subsequent complaints due to the possibility of damage to the shipment during delivery, and to report them immediately to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note and to indicate all remarks related to the delivery (damage to the packaging, shortage, etc.) on the delivery note, and then hand it over to the delivery person, who will take it as a confirmation of delivery / collection.

If the customer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to demand compensation for the costs of manipulation, transport and other possible costs. Uncollected packages are kept by the Seller for a maximum period of up to 7 days from the failed delivery/collection notification, during which it is possible to collect the product by agreement. After that, the contract is considered terminated and the money paid for the product will be returned. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product, he will inform the customer about this. The customer can cancel the order or wait until the product is available again. If the Seller is not able to deliver the product within the agreed period, he informs the buyer, who is obliged to leave him a subsequent reasonable period for the fulfillment of the sales contract.

The cost of product delivery is paid by the customer

Delivery costs within Croatia are borne by the customer and amount to €5.00

The cost of delivering products to Slovenia with a total price of up to €100.00 or less is borne by the customer and amounts to €10.00. The costs of delivering products to Slovenia with a total price of €100.00 or more are borne by the Buyer.

The cost of shipping products to Germany with a total price of up to €100.00 or less is borne by the customer and amounts to €10.00. The cost of shipping products to Germany with a total price of €100.00 or more is borne by the Buyer.

The cost of shipping products to Italy with a total price of up to €100.00 or less is borne by the customer and amounts to €10.00. The cost of shipping products to Italy with a total price of €100.00 or more is borne by the Buyer.

The costs of product delivery to other member states of the European Union where the Seller delivers the goods, and the total price of which amounts to a total of €100.00 or less, are borne by the buyer and amount to €10.00.

The costs of product delivery to other member states of the European Union, the total price of which is €100.00 or more, are borne by the Buyer.
