ORDER
How can I place an order?
Ordering is very simple: after placing the desired items in your shopping cart, you can complete the order by clicking the “Checkout” button. During the ordering process, you can easily set up a user account and log in automatically. After that, you will be guided through a three-step ordering process (address – payment method – confirmation) to complete your order.
How can I check my previous orders?
You can check your order if you have previously created a user account. To view previous orders, log in to www.hyponic-adria.com with your e-mail address and password. Select the »User account« icon, then »My order history and details«.
Can I order from abroad?
Orders via www.hyponic-adria.com can be delivered to all countries of the European Union.
What happens after my order is created?
After the order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail that lists the ordered items, the address for billing and delivery, and the selected payment method. After that, your purchase will be handed over to the courier service for delivery. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply start the return process.
What should I do if the item I want is no longer available?
Do not worry. You can still order the item you are looking for. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact date when or if an item will be available again, but we will be happy to send you a reminder as soon as said item is back in stock.
If you want to receive a reminder, open the item details page and select the desired product. Then enter your email address to automatically receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.
Do I have to register for an account to place an order?
No, registration is not required. However, to track your orders you will need to set up a user account. By using the registration form you can do it easily and completely free of charge.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Our warehouse is very fast when it comes to processing orders. For this reason, cancellation can only be possible within an hour after the order has been placed. You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@hyponic-adria.com. In the e-mail, it is necessary to state the name and surname of the customer, as well as the order number that you received in the order confirmation.
Can I change the delivery address of an already placed order?
We hope you understand that sometimes we are not able to correct your delivery address for already completed orders if the order has been delivered to the courier service. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a timely change of data. In the event that the entered delivery address cannot be found or the package cannot be delivered for any other reason, it will be returned to us and we will contact you about further action. However, before the actual delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier about the delivery of the package, and you will be able to agree on a new delivery address. In this way, Hyponic Adria wants to maximally simplify the delivery process for the benefit of the customer.
PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
The basic form of payment is a traditional bank transfer. However, it is worth remembering that orders are processed only after the transfer has been made. So you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners). We also offer the option of transactional payment.
Can I pay in installments?
No, payment in installments is currently not possible.
Where is the CVC code on my credit card?
The three-digit security code is on the back of your card.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged for the total amount of your order immediately after the order has been placed and processed through the Corvus Pay billing system. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail from Corvus Pay about the execution of the payment to the Hyponic Adria shop. In case of unavailability of the product or technical difficulties related to the processing of your order, the money will be returned to you immediately to the account through which you made the payment.
When and how will I receive my account?
You will receive the invoice together with the products you ordered, upon delivery. In case you have lost your account, you can always contact us at E-mail info@hyponic-adria.com and we will send it to you in electronic form by E-mail.
DELIVERY
We send ALL ORDERS in universal packaging. Payments on your card/bank statement are shown as K PET d.o.o., giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship immediately available items within 1-2 business days. For international shipments, delivery time is usually 2-4 days.
