How can I return my order?
We include all necessary return documents in each package. Use the return document to return the item. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Return procedure:
Be sure to put the product in the original packaging in the box.
Include the return document in the package.
Drop off the package at the nearest post office or selected courier service.
If you forgot to include the return document, lost it or it was damaged, you can simply download new return documents at the link here and send them electronically to the e-mail address: info@hyponic-adria.com.
In case you have technical difficulties or need additional help in the process, feel free to contact our customer service.
After checking the returned items, the total amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Please ensure that you return the items to us in the condition in which you received them. Damaged items cannot be returned.
How long does it usually take to issue a refund?
As soon as the return package arrives and is inspected by us, we will initiate the return process within 14 days via the appropriate payment method.
Is it possible to directly replace the returned item?
Unfortunately, a direct replacement of the returned item is not possible. After the package is returned and checked, the corresponding credit will be transferred via the selected payment method. After that, you can simply order the specified item again.

How much time do I have to return an item?
You have a total of 14 days to return your items after receiving them, without any explanation. You can find more information about the right to cancel an order in our General Terms and Conditions.
